Order cancellations are acceptable if notification of the intent to cancel occurs within the four-day period following date of purchase. Please notify us and we will initiate the order cancellation/refund process. There is no cancellation fee. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with the time frame specified in your card issuer's policies.
As we do not keep inventory on hand, all pyramids are built to order. The standard time frame for shipping is two weeks following the purchase date, USPS priority mail, with signature confirmation. Signature confirmation has become necessary and has been implemented to protect both seller and buyer by showing proof of delivery. Priority mail ordinarily arrives at its destination within 2-3 business days. Add-on items that are ordered separately ship first-class mail. Overseas customers are responsible for any additional charges that occur due to regional customs practices.
