"When I first started practicing meditation (early 80's), I was also working with gems and crystals. Somehow, out of this, I was compelled to work with pyramid shapes. Soon I began erecting makeshift pyramids from copper wire in my New York City apartment. What I would do, is string wires across my bed and pin them to the floor. Doing this, I immediately felt the buzz of the power and energetic containment. From the copper wire I moved on to copper pipes. I still meditate in them almost daily."
